At the time of the IRL@Infineon announcement, IRL officialdom said Laguna
Seca was not available in 2005 because of CCCW (i.e. CART)'s contract with
SCRAMP, etc.
Latest announcement leaves a lot of questions.
        A key thing to remember is that the Monterey County Board of Supes
has pegged a 45,000 spectator limit on their County Park, aka Laguna Seca.
The limit dates back to when the Pope visited about a decade ago.

Everything else does not make sense to me. Even the CCCW's announcement
says they will race in "Silicon Valley." Santa Clara County stretches from
Palo Alto on the north to at least Gilroy on the South.
