Need a '99 Tacoma rear bumper.

A close friend of mine just had the rear bumper stolen off of his '99 Toyota 
Tacoma pickup.  I'm trying to help him find a source for a replacement, so 
if anyone knows where to get a used bumper at a good price please let me 
know.  Thanks.
