g forces at autox

I am going to have neck surgery,and I want to discuss with my doctor when and
if  I can get back to autoxing.  So would any of you have an idea of the max
g's that autox induces.  From my personal experience, it should be less than a
roller coaster ride... but then I hardly ride those things.
