I think Ms Katie was right the first time. A house (condo, mobile home,
whatever) should be purchased before any expensive toys. Otherwise 90% of your
future toy purchases will be made by your landlord and the government instead
of you.
Note: Expensive toys masquerading as daily drivers receive special treatment
under the extravagant necessity clause.
