Don't forget to honor the slalom spacing requirements.  The one time I've
encountered element this it was very visually confusing, BTW.

Couldn't you create the same effect with just five cones?

Which is just two gates with a single cone slalom in between them?

Do NOT put multiple cones in the center as you have diagrammed.  You will
bring the event to a (literal) screeching halt trying to reset more than
one cone on the fly - and it *will* get nailed.
