We did have one guy in a pickup truck who drove in, signed the waiver,
mumbling about, "Oh, this is an SCCA event," like he was familiar with how
we operate. He stayed no more than 20 minutes (my watch is broken), after
registration was closed, and shortly before we ran out of wristbands. The
truck was a wine/maroon Dodge??, I believe, within 2 years old, shiny and
nicely kept. The driver was in his 40s, early 50s, looked like he had some
sort of dark blue badged jacket. He was neat, hair nicely trimmed, greying
at the temples (a full head of hair). Not having met many thieves, this guy
did not look like one, but you never know. :(
Does anyone remember seeing this guy or know who he is?
