Helmet Rental?

Does anybody know of a place to rent track helmets?  I've got a friend
going to a track event at Laguna Seca and since he doesn't do much
racing he doesn't own a helmet.  If nobody knows of a rental place,
then maybe some place to purchase an inexpensive helmet.  Thanks for
the info in advance.
