How come everything is getting posted twice?

I have noticed that many of the emails to this
list are getting posted twice.

I only sent this to ba-autox@autox.team.net   once
but it posts twice usually.  Watch this one not do it.

I see this on several other's posts as well lately.

Anyone know what is going on?
