directional. i was referring to the (outdated) information that once radial
tires are driven on one direction, they will explode if asked to rotate in the
other direction.

Kumho has recently made a press announcement which I found when I ordered my
first set of Victoracers.
They are no longer directional. I ended up with four lefts.
As you may guess, I was pretty worried.
When I contacted TireRack they read an article to me that explained that
Victoracers at least are no longer directional and the stamping means nothing.

i think once upon a time this was a bad idea, but is ok with modern
radials.
