Combined SFR calendar

FYI -- 

The latest Sacramento, Fresno, and AAS events are all
shown on the events calendar on http://www.sfrscca.org/solo2

To see AAS, you have to "unclick" SFR Events only.
Sac and Fresno events are considered SFR events, so they always show.
As soon as I get other clubs' calendars, I'll add them.  NASA I have
to type in myself, but they will be coming soon.
