Tube Bending

Looking for a shop/person who could assist the UCDavis Formula SAE team 
with some tube bending. We really only need one bend as the die was 
misplaced/lost/stolen/never owned by our shop. The size is 6 inch radius 
for 1 inch DOM tubing with 0.095 wall. Sacramento area would be perferred
