As far as I know, both the Marina and Gilroy airport
sites still are available if anyone can come up with
the money to lay the pavement.
A Medford type facility, ie a miniature roadcourse
with optional branches to choose from, may cost under
$200K to do. A 100,000sqft flat and true paved parking
lot would be over $500K I am told.
Both/either would be public parks with neither deeds
nor property taxes involved.
Neither Jesus nor Dennis will ever have the kind of
money that will take.
Look at how the San Jose Velodrome has been built and
operated for about 40 years to see if it could work.
If you build it they will come.....
