Hi Don,
That is what Ralph Elder and I discovered last year with my M3 on Hoosier
A3S03's. Any tire temp more than 120 degrees caused them to get greasy and
lose their grip. Any tire temp below 100 degrees they didn't feel as
sticky. On hot days we would spray them down as much as possible to get
them back to 100 degrees before the next driver would take a run.
