As a guesstimate to satisfy my curiousity I put in 200 hp @ 6000, 150
ft.lbs. @ 3000, with the rest of the standard stock Elise specifications and
ran some numbers with CarTest. 0-60 in 4.5 seconds, 1/4 mile in 13.1 @ 106
mph.
A car like this should be able to outaccelerate and outcorner the super
stock cars, and $55k seems like a reasonable price for such a unique and
rare speed demon of a car.
