The Torsen differential _should_ outperform a clutch type LSD.
Because the Torsen operates purely on the input torque from the
crankshaft (no fluid or clutches), it is supposed to be more
mechanically efficient, and provide instantaneous, constant and
proportional power transfer. Well that's the theory, reality has
often decided against things that "should" have been.
