Uneven Brake Pad Wear

Hey guys,

I changed out my rear brake pads this week and I found that the
outboard pad wore considerably more than the inboard pad.
Is there something specific I can mess with on a 96 Firebird to
correct this issue? Has anyone else seen this?
Also, can I flip the inboard pad to the outboard position
to get the full life from the pad?
