Here's an update:
The SEB has submitted a revised version of the 2005 Prepared proposal to the
BOD for approval. The proposal is the same as originally accepted by the
BOD except for the following:
1) The DP weight formula is revised to a base weight multiplier of 1.13
2) Cars with more than 2-valves-per-cylinder will have an additional
multiplier of .05 for a total factor of 1.18.
3) The minimum weight cap has been raised to 2200 lbs.
The BOD will be considering this at their December meeting, at the latest,
