A perfect lead in to the subject of Mazda Rev It Up -
San Diego's own Ted Drcar is currently sitting third in the
national standings, behind Noel Esporo and Andrew Clark, both
from the San Fran/Sacramento area . Other familiar autox names
like John Hayes, James Gunn-Wilkinson, Tom Smith, David Arvard,
Mark Jones (remember him? ...races a Cobra replica now), Robert
Puertas, and Barbara Leroy-Boeheme, among others, show up high

BTW, all three West Coast events were sellouts. Next stops
on the schedule are Houston (this weekend) and Dallas, with spots
still available at both. Intructors include John Rutherford IV,
Ted Prappas, and Adam Andretti. Top finishers from each event go
to Laguna Seca for a run-off with a shot at winning a new Mazda 6.
So far, Ted Drcar (F Stock Camaro), Soebiantoro Soekamto (new Z06
racer), and Noel Esporo (STS Celica) have secured their spots for
Laguna - all cone racers, not surprisingly ;-)

intensive and comprehensive Solo II schools,
