Because the Audi Quattro system uses a torsen center diff, it's illegal
for STS. The Subaru 2.5RS uses a viscous center diff, so it complies
with the letter of the rules. The A4 can run in STX.

Where does a 1999 Audi A4 with different than OEM size wheels and street
tires reside in the 2002 class structure. It has been entered in STS
and
there is a question about the quatro (all wheel drive) being legal in
that
class.
