So I'm going to tonight's Welcome Party, cruising along 21st Street, and the
radar detector starts blasting after a few low level alerts. I turn into the
Expocenter, and on of Topeka's finast pulls me over. 47 in a 35. $52 of court
costs, and $2 per mile an hour over the limit, $76 total. So let's be carfeful
out there.
