Paypal help (You knew this was coming)

Paypal's "help center" doesn't. It defaults to sending
email to them if you do not get your question
answered. I am trying to reverse the credit card
payments that were made, without incurring more fees
to the transaction. 

Anyone know how I night do this? I have a bad feeling
that once a transaction is completed, it cannot be
reversed. :^p

Of course the other way is to just send what we have
to the the server fund, and get me off the hook.  :^)
