        To all NEDIV Competitors:

        Due to the cooperation of the Devens association we will
be
allowed access to the Moore Airfield site on Friday, August 9.
The gate
will open for competitors to enter, register, tech and course
walk at
5:00 PM.  There will be no registration at Sevens and Elans.
Drivers
will be allowed to leave cars and gear on the site overnight at
their own
risk.
