I know I'm not answering your question, but didn't you already go through a
"fix" on this before? Maybe it was someone else. Get new brackets. In 4
years running my Neon, I never once threw a PS belt. Maybe I'm just lucky.
(or sooooooooo smoooooooth that it never notices me driving!) :) (right)
