   Maybe 15 or 20, but 10 is too short, unless you are just looking for a
mechanism to reduce the number of stock classes.
   You'd essentially kill ES.  There are probably just a few hundred
existing MR2s which would still be legal, and just 2 model years of
Miatas.
   I have no problem finding parts for my 12 year old MR2.  Hell, I didn't
have problems finding stock parts for my 30 year old Alfa Spider, either.
   This seems like a solution looking for a problem.
