Progressive is one of the cheaper insurance companies based on their
rates. That's why people use them. And then people are surprised when
they give poor service?
Perhaps you really do get what you pay for.
If you want good insurance, go to a top tier insurance company, not the
cheapest on the block (ok second cheapest after Gieco).
