Why don't you find a source of used race tires and run local events in EP?
I've been looking at the times, and if you are a decent driver, you will be
competetive with no other modifications. Look at the results of autocrosses
near you last year, and I'll bet you find the EP times are not as fast as
CSP or ES. I wouldn't think that you could show up at Topeka with a stock
RX7 and expect to win the EP national championship, but stranger things have
happened.
