Hi gang,
A somewhat bullheaded but otherwise well meaning person in our office
announced today that the '79 RX7 was the first car ever produced with
50/50 weight distribution. She knows it's true because she read it in
Road&Track.
When corrected she angrily challenged me to show proof, which having a
zillion car books wasn't hard to do. But I could only go back, with
proof, as far as '78. Certainly there are earlier other examples.
And yes, do pile on here I want lots of examples outside of my
Porsche-centric world.
