Ok Eric, how 'bout "meets the letter of the law" with respect to emissions
and equipment.  The letter of the law, if not necessarily the intent.  I
don't think you'll have much luck finding anything more b&w than that.  Now,
I guess the next question is gonna be "which laws?", since just about every
locality has it's own set of specifics.  As far as suspension is concerned,
I've seen some pretty wierd stuff here in the SouthWest.  Now, it was legal,
but not anything that I'd be willing to put up with (or be seen in).  Did
that muddy up the point at all?  8)
