Sounds like another regional-language discussion. That's a "topper" in
Minnesota. Jeffy tells me it is a "canopy" in Oregon.
I always heard them called 'caps' in WI, but that was a while back. Ok,
does anyone know what a 'bubbler' is? You southeastern WI types have to
know this one, it's a classic.
