Its been DA-ed three or four times now!!!!! Wet sanded everything off the
down to the Gel Coat a couple times. But everytime you try to shoot primer or
color on it turns
into a mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm wondering if the mold release(Maybe some kind
of wax)
hasn't somehow worked it way into the gel coat????? When you sand it and
feather
the edges smooth, then spray on the primer it lifts the exisiting primer?? It
bubbles and raises hell??????
Last year I trashed the nose of the car badly at a Salina Divisional event. I
left the pavement at a high rate of speed(I don't want to get this one going
again). It was cracked in 4 or 5 places. I patched it up and painted it with
no problem.
