no, only championship winners are banned from ladies class.
once you win a ladies championship, thats it, you go to the open class.
This way, over the years, the die hard women that are really good drivers
(and x time ladies national champions) are forced to go into the open
class....hell most of them can trophy in the open class anyway,
they usually have the best prepped cars.
its not unlike the club class from pro solo a few years ago.
once you won a prosolo championship in club class, you had to run pro class.
