BSP may always be open (at least until registration closes) but at
least according to the '94 rulebook (he he) the '01 Z06 is illegal in
SP too. Have they changed the last sentence in the first paragraph of
section 14? And by the first sentence of section 15 sounds like it is
ineligible for prepared too.
