The results from the August 5/6 Divisional at Forbes Field hosted by Kansas

Saturday was much hotter than expected with the temperature climbing to 107
degrees or so and winds at 20+ miles per hour. Sunday morning's thunder storm
cooled things down for about an hour and the lightning shut down the course
during Heat 2. The rest of the day is best described as a sauna.
Heat 2 cars finished in the wet, Heat 3 cars started out with a wet course
that
dried to puddles at several turns by the end of Heat 3. Heat 1 and Heat 4
were
the lucky ones this time!!
The Solotime Gateway to Nationals Divisional is Labor Day Weekend (Sunday and
Monday) in St Charles, Mo at the Family Arena hosted by the St Louis region.
