I saw a guy do this years ago at a Pro Solo. I was corner
working and watched a VW GTI lift its inside rear wheel 
over the same cone in the same corner on every lap.
Yes, it was a short cone (9"?). When I mentioned to the driver
how impressed I was he said he didn't realize he was doing it!
No, we didn't count it.
