I did attend the San Diego CORSA convention in my '66 4dr. That was about the
last major vair function I participated in. Though I still have 5 of them in
my collection, I switched gears around then to start collecting some other
cars. That oil leak syndrom was an easy fix and I got well over a hundred
thousand miles out of mine with no leaks. The fan belt thing, well.....you
always carried a spare.
