SP Reclassifications!

Neons to DSP? I've never laughed so hard!

There's a lot of cars out there that people would run in SP if they 
were in a class with other cars of simlar weight and drivetrain 
configuration:

Neon's
Sentra SE-R's, NX2000's, 200SX SE-R's
VW Hatchbacks (8v,16v,VR6)
Integras and Civic Sedans
Grand Ams + other various GM cars

Wait! That's STR. :-)
