Steve,

One thing you could do would be to contact one of the cam specialists and get a
suggestion for a grind.  Crow Cams in Melbourne have an email service for this -
you need to tell them your engine
details (ie type and modifications) and how you intend to use it (street or
competition etc).  Crane Cams have a similar service only by fax I think.  Here
