Door Removal

Well I am about ready to paint and would like to take my doors off.  I have 
tried heating the bolts and hitting them with an Impact Driver.  All I got 
was a sore arm.

Anyone have are really good trick to remove the doors.

Also, does anyone know of a Dipper in the Utah area.  I think I want to dip 
my next project.
