Apparently, there is another federal intervention to our hobby. I was
forwarded this info from my Midwestern Council of Sports Car Club's mail
list, but this MAY also affect our enjoyment of our Alpines. I therefore
submit this to you all. They want to add additional testing, compliance and
resulting quality to tire production companies, but Hoosier indicates a
possible negative impact on "small production" or "specialty" DOT tire
