Moonstone, et al.
Another book about Great Britain's efforts is "Deception In World War II"
by Charles Cruickshank. It is full of pictures of plywood Spitfire and
Tomahawk fighter planes, inflatable and plywood tanks, phony factories and
airfields, and even a dummy railroad. Excellent reading, too.
