It seems that the e-mail address FirstName.LastName@pwc.ca is not valid. It
appears
they have not set up the return mail properties up for their e-mail... I
thought that
looked strange. Looks like the only way to contact them now is with an overseas
phone
call... If anyone in England can let them know that we can't respond I would
appreciate it. - Ian
