Just pry it off with a small screwdriver. It's held in place with the same type
of clips that hold the Alpine scripts and Sunbeam letters.

I have started stripping the paint getting ready for a new paint job. I
haven't dared to take the hood badge off yet because I am not sure how it is
connected. Can anyone enlighten me on how it come off with damage and is it
easy to get back on.
