I found another bit of info in my original Owner's Handbook for Series
I. In a footnote, it says twin 36 WIP 2 carbs should be jetted as
follows when the "special air cleaner available for certain export
territories is fitted":
120 (rather than 130) main jet
180 (rather than 100) high speed bleed
No. 77 by-pass jet (rather than a blank).
(I haven't checked my shop manual to see if this is in there)
Also, I found this supplier in the U.K., who I know nothing about, but

Let me know, if you find out anything more, since I have the same
problem but worse at altitude of 3700 feet!
