Rick,
If he nailed you with a laser gun, you may be able to get off: a PTC
Member was able to have a false laser charge dismissed by requesting proof of
the officer's training and certification to use a laser gun here in
Washington. The device was so new to the particular Police Department, that
no one had considered that aspect.
