Back in the early 70=E2=80=99s I had two successive 240 Z cars. The =
first one was a 1972 before emissions equipment, it went like hell and =
was dependable and durable. I drove that one until the body was so =
compromised from New England winters that I had to give it up. I made =
the mistake of then buying a 1974 TR6 with emission controls. It was a =
dog comprehend to the 1972. As it happens, I have a brochure reprint of =
a head to head comparison of the TR6 and the 240 Z originally done by =
Road and Track. The advantage went to the 240 Z when speed picked up =
and aerodynamics came into play. I=E2=80=99m away now, but when I get =
home I=E2=80=99ll make a PDF of the brochure and post it to the list.
