Try recalibrating the triple triode actuator which will help release tension 
on
the L-2104 sensor illuminator. Then shimmy the schling bracket back into
phase until the pre-load tensioner is parallell with the dyna plate bearings
allowing for duo-alignment of the flinker node modulator.
