Are all the lights working on both sides front and back?
Does it go the same fast speed on both sides?

the first level culprit was a bad connection whcih caused the passenger side

but - it still flashes like a strobe. at least i have functional blinkers

the four way flashers work just fine, and flash in an appropriately timed
manner. all four corners.
clean/check all the grounds?
