I fixed mine by simply loosening the screws that hold the TS switch and
Pushing the switch closer to the Cam Clip/Steering Shaft and then tightened
the screws.

I tried tightening down the switch mounting screws on my likely original
turnsignal switch. This helped a bit, but didn't really solve the problem.

Ome of the vendors sells repro switches and indicates that customers are
having good results with them; with others complaining that the Lucas
switches have not been cancelling properly.

I know I need to get around to insering new bushes in the steering column to
tighten the steering, but not sure if this might solve the turn signal
issue.

Advice?

Thank you,
