Rear Inner bracket bushing bolt reversal

Hello,

What are the opinions on reversing the inner trailing arm bracket bushing bolt 
for ease of removing the trailing arms in the future?  I am installing Richard 
Goods adjustable brackets.  I don't plan on removing the arms anytime in the 
future.
