Need Steering column spring

Working on loose steering column and I see that there apparently should be a
spring clip in the upper half of the clamp closest to the steering wheel
which is missing from my car.   This allows the column to move around a
lot...   Sadly this part is N/A at Moss, BPNW and Victoria British.   TRF
has a part number 609639 but I have enough parts back-ordered there...
Anyone willing to part with this little piece from a parts car?   I would
surely appreciate it...
